What is the return/exchange policy?At this ​time we can't accept returns for order mistakes, so please double check your orders! We do replace items that are a result of our error, or badly damaged up until 7 days after delivery and with a photo of the damage.

Why is shipping so expensive?Unfortunately as a small business, we're beholden to the individual shipping rates per item, per country. We do have an untracked option for letter mail to manage costs. However, we are not responsible for any lost items.

How long will it take to receive my order?2-14 business days from the shipment date, depending on where you live.

Do you accept orders outside of Canada?Yes! We accept international orders from the US and UK.
